Editorial policy
Stellar Arts Review aims to make astronomy and its visual culture clear, careful and engaging. We distinguish established explanation from interpretation, state uncertainty where it matters and correct errors openly.
Accuracy and clarity
We check factual claims against dependable reference material and take care with terminology, scale and comparisons. Articles should explain what a claim means, not rely on impressive language to stand in for explanation. When a subject is uncertain or a point of view is interpretive, we say so.
Independence
Editorial choices are made for their relevance to readers and the publication's subject. A collaboration does not guarantee coverage or a positive account, and commercial relationships do not determine editorial conclusions.
Corrections
If you spot a factual or wording error, contact us with the article title and the point at issue. We review correction requests and amend material when warranted, making significant changes clear to readers rather than silently leaving an error in place.
Partnerships and illustrations
Paid, gifted or partner-supported material is clearly labelled so readers can distinguish it from independent editorial work. Some illustrations may be AI-generated; where used, they are identified as such and are not presented as observational or scientific evidence.
